Customer Service Representative

This is a general customer service position which varies from telco services, retail services to product activations.

• Talk to customers over the phone to resolve their questions or concerns 

• Accurately document and update customer records in the computer system 

• Upsell products or services to customers, if appropriate 

• Escalate customer complaints and/or calls to your manager when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years old and have excellent English communication skills

• Must have completed high school

• Have working knowledge of computers and the Internet, and able to type at least 25-30 words per minute
